What should I make for dinner tonight?

This can quickly turn into a dreadful question if cooking drains your energy, you are drowning in commitments, or you do not feel confident about how to prepare balanced, healthy meals. But dinner shouldn’t become something you resent. It should be a time to relax, reenergize, and enjoy food with people you love.

Did someone say customized meals every week that are delicious, use healthy ingredients, and account for preferences and dietary restrictions? Yup! The Levantine Kitchen offers personal chef services that are perfect for individuals, couples, or families, where the number of meals and portion sizes can be tailored to meet the needs of your household.

Here is how it works:

  • We will have an initial meeting to discuss dietary restrictions, preferences, allergies, and how personal chef services can best fit your needs;
  • I plan menus based on all of the above, always making sure that you receive variety in your meals from week-to-week made with the best ingredients;
  • Cook days happen once each week. I shop for ingredients, cook all meals in your home, conveniently store meals in the refrigerator or freezer, and do all the clean-up;
  • I will leave a note if a meal requires special reheating instructions;

  • Eat and enjoy!

Pricing

Prices vary depending on the number of meals you would like cooked each week. Each entrée includes 4 portions, and is accompanied by 1 side dish. You can expect to pay $250-$350 for 3 to 5 entrées each week, excluding the cost of groceries. The minimum base fee for each cook day is $250.

A Note on Ingredient

I strive to use the best ingredients for your meals, ingredients that not only taste good but that are good for you. I am all about trying to find balance between delivering high quality food, while keeping grocery costs low. Please communicate any preferences you may have regarding ingredients, particularly as it relates to produce and animal products. I will do my best to accommodate your requests.

If you are a subscriber to or are interested in subscribing to a CSA or community supported fishery, please let me know and we can discuss how to integrate this into your weekly meals.
